This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of The Father's Voice website and platform (the "Platform"), including all associated pages and services offered at this domain.

The Platform is made available by The Father's Voice ("we," "us," or "our") to parents, guardians, and children ("Students") and certified faith-based educators ("Tutors") who provide online Bible tutoring services through the Platform ("Tutoring Services"). The terms "User," "you," and "your" refer to anyone accessing or using the Platform, including Students, their parents or legal guardians, and Tutors.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL APPLICABLE POLICIES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

You may use the Platform only if you can form a binding contract with The Father's Voice, and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

• Children under the age of 13 may only use the Platform with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• Students between the ages of 13 and 17 must have a parent or legal guardian agree to this Agreement on their behalf.
• Tutors must be at least 18 years old and must pass our screening and review process before interacting with students.
• If The Father's Voice has previously suspended or prohibited you from accessing the Platform, you are not permitted to access or use it again.

We reserve the right to assess and reassess your eligibility at any time at our sole discretion, and may request information from you to make such determinations.

Access to and use of the Platform by Tutors is subject to our Tutor Agreement, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and provided to all approved Tutors upon onboarding.

All Users are subject to any additional guidelines, rules, or community standards posted or otherwise made available through the Platform, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including the information of children. Please read it carefully.

Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information — especially the personal information of minors.

Tutors acknowledge that, to the extent they receive personal information about students or parents in the course of providing Tutoring Services, they are responsible for handling that information with the utmost care, confidentiality, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Tutors may not share, reproduce, or use any student information outside of the tutoring sessions or for any purpose other than delivering the Tutoring Services.

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in advance of the effective date of those changes by email, by posting a notice on the Platform, or by other means.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must stop using the Platform.

If you create an account on the Platform, you agree that all information you provide will be true, accurate, current, and complete at all times. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Restricting access to your account and device
• All activities that occur under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised (e.g., unauthorized access, theft, or disclosure of your password), you must notify us immediately at info@thefathersvoice.org.

Each account is for one individual only. You may not share your account or use another person's account without authorization.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, The Father's Voice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal use as a Student, parent/guardian, or Tutor, in a manner consistent with the Platform's intended purpose and these terms.

We may revoke this license at any time, at our sole discretion. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform
• Reproduce any lesson materials, curriculum content, or other proprietary resources without express written permission
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes unrelated to your role as a student or tutor

All content on the Platform is provided "AS IS." If you download or print any material for personal use, you must retain all applicable copyright and proprietary notices.

You may not, and may not assist or enable others to:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or inconsistent with its faith-based educational mission
• Share, post, or transmit any content that is offensive, blasphemous, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for children
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, any user account, or our systems
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, collect, or harvest any user data from the Platform without our express written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your credentials as a Tutor
• Create more than one account or use another person's account without authorization
• Solicit Students or parents to engage in Tutoring Services outside of the Platform
• Record, distribute, or publish tutoring sessions without explicit consent from all parties
• Use the Platform to promote or advertise any products, services, or beliefs that conflict with our faith-based mission
• Remove, bypass, or interfere with any security features, copyright notices, or access controls on the Platform

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Tutors on The Father's Voice platform carry a special responsibility given the faith-based nature of our work and the age of our students. All Tutors agree to:

• Conduct all sessions in a respectful, safe, and age-appropriate manner
• Follow our provided Bible lesson materials and curriculum guidelines
• Never solicit personal contact information from students or parents outside of the Platform
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with all students at all times
• Report any safety concerns, inappropriate interactions, or suspected misconduct to us immediately
• Not represent themselves as employees of The Father's Voice — Tutors are independent contributors
• Keep all student information strictly confidential

The Father's Voice reserves the right to remove any Tutor from the platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement or conduct deemed inconsistent with our values and mission.

If you are a parent or legal guardian registering a child on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your child and yourself during registration
• Supervise your child's use of the Platform as appropriate for their age
• Review session feedback and maintain open communication with assigned Tutors
• Notify us promptly if your child experiences any uncomfortable or inappropriate interactions
• Ensure that your child understands and complies with the community standards of respect and appropriate conduct

Parents and guardians are encouraged to be present during their child's first few tutoring sessions and to remain available throughout sessions involving younger children.

All content on the Platform — including Bible lesson plans, curriculum materials, images, text, logos, and software — is the property of The Father's Voice or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us regarding the Platform, you grant The Father's Voice a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Father's Voice disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Any content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or up to date
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Father's Voice and its officers, directors, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Platform or this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to The Father's Voice in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. To the extent such laws apply, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including — but not limited to — violation of this Agreement, conduct that is harmful to other users (especially children), or inactivity.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@thefathersvoice.org. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Father's Voice operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@thefathersvoice.org. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.
